I just want to tell you about this Bank. I have moved my 150,000 mortgage that I had for 12 years…read morewith this financial institution. They are a true definition of pathetic customer service. How In the hell can you legally except a check that was issued by the IRS and allow for the check to be deposited into only one persons account that is listed on the check. Well obviously that's the case for Greg Lambert and his staff at the Regions Bank on North Wall Street in Calhoun, Georgia. They allowed my spouse to deposit an IRS check that clearly was made out to 2 parties. The account did not have my name on it, and therefore, I did not receive any of the funds. I entered the institution in less than 24 hours after the transaction took place just to be told there was nothing they could do that is not legally right ,and I will continue by any means necessary to have this matter corrected. The account should have been frozen, and the matter investigated. This was not the case. I plan to make a call to the corporate office because on the branch scale I'm getting absolutely no where. I will share this story on all social media sites, blog etc. until I'm heard. I have contacted an attorney as well.

First I used my mac with Firefox browser. Got as far as my ZIP code which it said was invelid. I've lived here for 27 years. Then used my Windows laptop and got as far as my account funding source. No answer could get me past the greyed-out NEXT button. With me, a company's technology reflects their competence and future customer service. If opening an account is this hard, how well will my data be protected? Lots of banks offer CD's - don't need IT hassles.
