Nadir immediately said he could be at our home in 20-25 mins for a free inspection of what might be going on, which was an unbelievable response time and offer considering the timing. Despite it being 10 pm, he was in full uniform, wore shoe covers, gave his business card etc. which was utmost professional. He identified that it was a small leak in the roof that was making its way into the attic and drywall and what we really needed was a roofer and not a restoration expert or a plumber. So all we did was to put a bucket to collect the dripping water where Nadir identified it. We got the roof taken care of later, but Nadir refused to accept any payment of any sort (we even offered to Venmo him) despite it being afterhours and without him we would've stressed all of Christmas and holidays. My furniture is very well cared for, and these are small, manageable stains--not extreme or unusual. Instead of attempting to clean them, I was essentially told nothing could be guaranteed. That raises the question: if nothing can be guaranteed, then what exactly is your service providing? It felt like a complete waste of time and money for both the quote and the visit. From the moment he walked in, it seemed like he didn't want to do the job. I strongly suggest reevaluating how you train or hire staff, because customers deserve more effort and professionalism.
