Maintenance staff is very much the same. I recently had a concern with my air conditioner and Jeff stopped by to address it and had the problem fixed within the day. My interactions with other residents have always been positive - but I also believe you attract what you put out. A little kindness goes a long way. I may be lucky in that it's just me and my cats so I don't have to deal with the challenges of other pet owners & dogs, which I know has been a problem for some. I do have neighbors who aren't the most diligent with maintaining their space or care of their pets, but it hasn't directly impacted me. That said, from what I've seen, management does their best to address concerns with these aspects in a reasonable manner, when needed. I see reviews of others who have had bad experiences but we all know that can happen anywhere. In terms of the facility - it is very clean and well maintained. I know variability can occur within units and amongst individuals, but overall my experience has been largely positive and I would recommend The Park At Three Oaks to anyone seeking a place to call home in Wilmington.

Oops! Did I only leave 1 star? Well here's why. Let's talk about the apartment itself first. Upon…read morearrival the apartment needed work done, I say this because the carpet although in good condition, was clearly not brand new. The stove and a cabinet in the kitchen were broken and needed to be replaced, along with some other home improvements that were not made. Secondly let's talk about the community. Neighbors enjoy sharing their music and voices, and the best part about it is that it does not matter the time of day. I have heard car concerts at 2am, and screaming matches between neighbors or people who live with one another throughout the day. Children also run wild without parental supervision and leave toys and other personal belongs just laying around the community. Finally, and the main reason for this poor review, let's talk about the management. Cathy is a poor excuse of a property manager as she be littles younger people, is unprofessional during conflicts, and does not take the proper action required during an issue. I can also say the same for the other lady in the front office Mrs. Sadie. A perfect example to use here is during a Saturday at 3pm I was in the dog park with my dog, when another neighbor came in with his dog. His dog began to bark and a neighbor came out and screamed at me to quiet my dog down or take him for a walk. As I tried to explain it was not my dog, she refused to listen and called the front office. Sadie then proceeded to come down to the park and inform me I should not be screaming at other neighbors like that even though it was not me. The following day Cathy left me a voicemail yelling at me that I can never bring my dog to the dog park again. Although I did not stand by being mistreated, it meant my remaining time in the apartment would be uncomfortable. This story provides proof that neighbors are awful, and management was so dispirited to find work they hired whoever would take the job. So all in all I guess it's not my bad, I meant to leave this 1 star review. P.S. be warned of the dog park, owners are known for not cleaning up after their dogs which has caused a lot of illnesses to break out and get multiple dogs sick at a time
