I thought the rate increases were terrible until this years rate increase. The kilowatt hour DOUBLED. I have my thermostat set at 59, stayed 1 night at the house (less than 24 hours) had thermostat at 65. The amount went through the roof. Over $400 and I wasn't even there! Tomorrow I call a realtor. I need this place sold like a month ago. Yet there is a MINIMUM of $52 dollars a month just to have the damn service connected. THIEVES. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! GO SOLAR! This company can kiss my hind end. And there are constantly power outages. Greedy rotten company. They can go to hell. read more

So $3.16 worth of usage for electric for 2 months. With the availability charge they assess on my bill for 2 months is $$116.00. How can this even be legal to charge $52.00 minimum per month just to have it available to you? That would be like a Credit card company charging you $52.00 a month just to have the Credit card available to you. Like utilities have already gone up and now they are charging you for it to be available even if you do not use it. This is theft at best. This cannot be legal. read more
