You'd figure they'd want more business for next year, Rodney was the only person that contacted me and came out the next day to look at the yard and man let me tell you, I was expecting to pay a big chunk of money. But no he gave it too me straight and a really great price. Him and his crew member( I'm terrible with names) made my yard look amazing! Only reason why the yard looks dry like this is because it was months since it was cut(I work a lot). Definitely can't wait for season to start again and have them now my yard again routinely! Although their plants are of very good quality, the Greenbrier Nursery is my last choice…read more Considering their high prices, they should surely be able to afford to hire some qualified people. I've been there several times and I rarely see more than one employee. The owner stays mostly in her office and rarely engages with customers and on the one time I was able to speak to her she seemed annoyed that I had bothered her. There are better places to spend my money and where they appreciate my business.

I was very…read moreexcited to visit Greenbrier Nurseries in Beckley after looking at the website, but when we arrived they had only a couple very overpriced trees. I understand supply and demand so that wasn't what was so upsetting. The reason I'll not go back is the service. We walked in and only one woman was there and she did say hello when we first walked in. We walked around obviously looking for something particular and she never said another word to us. I even went to look for her to ask her questions but couldn't find her. Years prior I had gone to GBN in Hinton and purchased several trees and the gentleman was so helpful so I really thought I would be able to find what I wanted yesterday. We ultimately ended up going to Daniels to a nursery that was half the size but had probably four times the selection. We were greeted with very friendly and helpful staff and we left there with the exact trees we were looking for. What can I say? Customer service is basically everything. This review isn't intended to be malicious, it's intended to encourage them to be better. With that being said, for now I'll go back to the nursery in Daniels.
