They "helped me" with two loans, thankfully / unfortunately only one funded and I gave them $6,500 in cash. The appointment was set and then I got a call from Kelly and said they need another $4,900.00 USD BC the doctor wanted more of a downpayment - Yes you read that correctly. I said this is getting out of hand, I will be by to get my money back. Hours later and many texts... I received a note saying my 11k was spent and they will not refund my money. All they did was waste my time and scamming out of my entire savings. Oh and that "FREE" 5 minute scan apparently just cost me the 11k. Guys, trust me!!!! BEWARE Any suggestions on how to get any resolution would be great. But this is Grand Theft!!!! And now all i'm left with is broken, hurting teeth and an empty bank account. Thanks Kelly - You're a GEM.

Because the tooth had been missing for many years, the bone in that area had become very thin, and several dentists told me the implant would most likely need to be removed. I felt completely hopeless. Dr. Katz was able to save the implant by rebuilding and strengthening the bone around it and stabilizing the entire area instead of removing it. The pain disappeared, everything healed beautifully, and I was able to avoid getting a bridge that would have damaged my healthy teeth. I truly appreciate that he chose the best solution for me rather than the most profitable one. His assistant was also incredibly attentive, gentle, and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Katz to anyone looking for an honest and highly skilled specialist.

The husband and wife dentist team are truly exceptional not only in their clinical skill, but in their bedside manner. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, check in often, and create an environment where you never feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about both your dental health and your overall experience. Stephanie is the kindest and most thorough hygienist. I'm currently in the process of getting two crowns done, and everything has been completely seamless. The process has been smooth, well-communicated, and handled with such precision and care that it's taken away a lot of the stress I typically associate with dental procedures. If you're someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist or you're just looking for a practice that truly prioritizes patient care, I can't recommend this office enough. After five years, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dental care and will continue to travel from Palm Beach Gardens to their office.
