I would highly NOT recommend this office as a primary care physician. I have moved with the military for over 20 years and therefore have seen my share of new doctors. Some doctors were great, others were not so great, but this is the first time I have felt inclined to post a less than par review for a doctor. I know you can't please everyone, however, I felt I needed to at least give my feedback this time. In my experience with this office, Dr. Hancock is definitely someone I feel is NOT there to provide good quality care to his patients, and his nurse {Heather} is not friendly either.

He was able to adjust me in a few visits and really helped. The second time was when I threw my lower back out. It was like an electric shock when I moved certain ways and really painful. He put me on a machine to stretch my back and adjusted it. He had me do exercises to strengthen it. Again, in just a few visits, my back was better. I have recommended him to several people, and he has been able to help them. Nice man, does a good job.

It could have been a vacation ending injury but thanks to Dr. Keith Ratcliff we were able to enjoy…read moreour trip as planned. We called before opening hours, left a message and were called right back being given an appointment in 45 minutes! A very helpful and friendly staff for sure! So appreciative that he saw an unknown patient from Michigan without hesitation. Our Prayers were answered!!! Having had Chiropractic care for 45 years, Dr. Keith Ratcliff's approach was like nothing I had ever experienced! Not only did he give me a spinal adjustment to correct my painful issue, he also used an Activator tool to assist in that adjustment. I had never seen a tool like that before. He continued to use it with my body's energy field to correct other issues including my knee which had troubled me since my grand-dog took me down a month earlier. My regular Chiropractor never even looked at it even though I had told him about it. I assumed it was out of the Chiropractic realm and I would have to see a specialist. Not the case at all as this doctor corrected my spine, knee and many other spots he discovered using my energy field and his Activator tool. On top of all that, he desensitized me to several food sensitivities/allergies and even the radio frequency of my iPhone! I'm completely blown away at this point! Dr. Ratcliff took time with me as though I was his regular patient, teaching me so much I had been unaware of. He certainly didn't have to do all this, but he is a very caring man who clearly loves his work and cares about patients even if they live out of state. Now I'm on a quest to find a new Chiropractor in MI who practices just like Dr. Keith Ratcliff! If you're looking for Chiropractic care whether you are fortunate enough in Tennessee and could see him on a regular basis, or an out-of-towner like me, I give him the highest recommendation! On a 5 star rating he is without a doubt a 6!
