Late to an appointment? Who knows. I'd rather my service person be 10 minutes late, then have him injure someone or worse. Is this how you witness to others when your business is on display? I have two vehicles that will need windshields soon. Guess who I'm NOT calling?

Recently, we had to have some adjustments done to our glass shower door after a new shower floor was installed. Another company tried to make the adjustments but ended up making the door too narrow. We contacted Bear Creek and Ade came out with his team to take all the measurements and within a very short time, a new door was ready. They were great about scheduling the installation and worked around my schedule. And after the new door was put up, everything was back to the way it was before. Whether it's glass or mirror, Bear Creek Glass does amazing work and I would trust them with any project.

My aunt was feeling overwhelmed so my family started asking around and was recommended to try this place. Talked to Steve and he kindly helped us get something set up to put blinds in her house. Steve has the patience of an angel, as my aunt was indecisive, but he gave his honest input and did not try to upscale my aunt on things that were overpriced. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a stress free experience with window treatments. He is also quick to get back to customers, which is great compared to another blind company that only wanted to be contacted through emails and texts. I will update my review once the blinds are installed.
