I had a very bad experience this morning with the seller. She was very hostile, rude and…read moreunfriendly. I entered the shop in the morning with my small kid who wanted to buy something sweet. As a child, he took a while to decide what to buy. During this the seller was pushing me rudely to buy quickly as if I am distracting her from something. As a result of this rush, my son selected mentos gum. After less than a minute and neither we left the store nor opened the mentos pack, my son asked me to exchange the mentos with ice cream. Therefore, I asked her to return back the mentos with the ice cream. Surprisingly, she refused. She told me that this is the policy of the shop that no food to be returned. I told her that I did not left the shop and the item which I would like to exchange is still unopened. In a very arrogant and rude way, she insisted to refuse by saying that " this is the instructions of the manager". my wife repeated for her the same question and she replied more rudely by saying that " it is no" without even saying a reasonable answer. I simply reacted by taking the gum and refrained from buying the ice cream from this store and I will never buy anything from store again.

First, the store - very nice, with a beautiful plant/ garden section as soon as you enter on the left. I spotted gorgeous Waratah's (which are Australian natives), lots of orchids and succulents and because we were visiting in Nov, also a lot of beautiful Christmas fir + poinsettia. They selection of chocolates, esp the Toblerone variety with honey and almond nougat, was a standout and we stocked up big on presents for folks back in the US. They also set us back only 1.45 chf, so total bargain. We also got some good organic muesli, better than the ones at Avia. We also got a half-chicken for takeaway dinner at 7.50chf (good, but omg. So. Salty) Now, the restaurant. It had a 5-6 food stations (and a free loo!) we skipped over the Italian, Chinese and carvery and went for the hot vegetarian choices. Got a large to go box (14.95 chf) and filled it with awesome zucchini, green beans, rustic potatoes and spatzli (so good!). We also got x1 chocolate torte for 3.65 chf (the cream tasted so fresh, I felt like the cow had been milked in the morning) and a raspberry patisserie that my mum loved. So our dinner combined was around 30chf, curtesy of Coop and it was a good'un :)
