Since they aren't allowed to get in the vehicles because of COVID, they explained to me how to use the diagnostic tool. They printed off the codes for me and explained what they meant and what I needed to do to fix it. I interacted with 3 different employees and each one was kind and professional and seemed to care. I was about half way into my trip, about an hour and a half drive to get back home or to my destination, and they put my mind at ease so I could come continue on. I travel this route pretty often and will definitely stop here again if the need arises.

Based on recent credit history...I rate 1.9% financing on a brand new vehicle...however on a 2012 SLT used Terrain my credit wasn't worthy. North of 6% and needing a vehicle I signed up. Six months removed, there wasn't a bank willing to consider a refinance because the car was a rental car and not worth what we paid. In fact, the car was under water in comparison not several months removed. We were told the vehicle was a loaner vehicle of the dealership. I'm convinced at the time, this car was well maintained. Not a rental car, getting ran balls to the wall for all the miles, then bought at an auction and sold to me three days later. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE from John Jones or his number sales person in that store or any store ever again. The say in life that your family and friends will take advantage of you without hesitation. I chose not to name this person, however, you get out of life what you put in. In closing, never trust anyone. Shop around and don't believe that your credit isn't optimal. I'm now paying 3 times less interest a year removed with two mortgages on my credit versus the one I had then. Plus I'm in a brand new vehicle.....

I paid them…read morealmost $700 to fix the AC on our Outlook and when I went to pick it up on Tuesday, the back was still only blowing hot air. They asked me to leave it with them again. No problem. I got a call this morning saying that the car was fixed and it would be another $230 to get the keys back. I explained to the owner that I had thought additional repairs would have been included with the original price that I paid, and that no one ever explained to me that there would be additional charges. I never approved more work to be done to my vehicle for additional cost. The owner accused me of "blackmail" (still not sure how that works) and dropped the price to $205. Long story short, I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

It would've taken a few more minutes to get to the repair shop so I saw some police cars and semi trucks and thought whatever this is has AC so I pulled in and got her inside and OMG it was better than an ER!! The lady could not have been quicker to set my mom down in the chair, took off her sandals got her some wet paper towels and put them on her neck, feet, underarms, got her water and some peanut butter crackers all while the towing guys tried to see what was wrong with my AC! She even sent us with extra bottled water and wouldn't take a dime!! They all could not have been more hospitable or helpful at Coomer's Towing and Recovery!! The guys figured out what was wrong with my AC but just didn't have the parts to fix it. I am so grateful we happened upon this place in this situation! Thank you!!
