I know most merchants would have walked away. It was a nightmare to get access to the outside drain once he had access. The next hurdle was getting his equipment down the land. Honestly, he went out of his way to ensure he fixed the problem. Without a shadow of a doubt, at least 95% of merchants would've walked away. I count myself fortunate that he got the call out.
