1st Call Roofing came out and replaced what they said were broken tiles, even though they also said…read morethere was no sign of water ingress. They said it looked like the problem was actually mossy gutters so they cleaned the gutters. And charged £300. The issue got worse. I had to threaten them to get them back. They came back and said it was now a blocked downpipe. So how come they didn't see that in the first place. And that I should replace the gutters and they couldn't do that for £300. Meanwhile I had another roofer look and he said the whole problem was the gutters and he could have cleaned them for £60 but better, replaced them for £170. 1st Call are Rip off merchants.

I rang the company at 4.15 to see where they were and was told they were on their way from about 5 miles down the road. At 6pm I rang again no answer. I gave up and went out. I would not rate this company at all. They are obviously not reliable.
