I don't understand why my request was never even acknowledged. I feel completely ignored. If it turned out my bill was lost in the mail -- no problem, I would have sent another payment! But now I don't know if it's just lost in their office, and if someone could find it months from now and charge me again, not realizing it was already paid. (I did end up sending another payment later.) I wish their office could have at least reached out to me instead of just ignoring me. That seems like the bare minimum of customer service. So if you have a problem here, don't expect any of the administration/staff to as much as address it. You're on your own.
