If your account is "suspended" because you don't want to continue paying for a yearly contract, the you can't use your points until you pay them AGAIN and add another point to use 3. If you ever want to speak with corporate, good luck. You get a phone call with a voicemail that gets you a call back from the local franchise. And apparently they can still attempt to collect additional months under the contract.
