My review is on their customer service, because I never got to make an appointment.... apparently the owner doesn't need the business. I was referred to this salon by a friend who has been going there for a long time. I desperately needed someone to fix my hair because I took the scissors to it myself and I made a big mistake. I called and left a message and didn't get a call back so I called again and I got the owner. I told her that her long-time client had referred me and explained how I desperately needed a good cut and she came highly recommended. I told her what I had done and how desperately I needed someone to fix my hair. She told me that she didn't have any availability through the following week so she suggested that I give her my number in case an opening became available. Never got that call and that is fine, but then I called yet again and left a message letting her know that I still desperately needed to make an appointment for the future. That was two days ago. I have yet to hear back. I wouldn't go there if somebody paid me, because I find her to be down right rude. read more

Went here for first time and I'm quite disappointed after local friends raved about the business. I went in for a cut shorter in the back longer in the front with underlying highlights and root job. The color was okay yet barely visible highlight color, but acceptable. The cut on the other hand was not good at all. My hair in the back was uneven which prompted me to go back the same day shortly after leaving the shop to have it evened out and even then after going in to get the cut corrected it is still uneven. I will have to find another salon in the area to correct the hair cut after $150 for the dye job and cut. read more

I love this place. Angie is my favorite hair dresser. She always knows how to color and style my hair. I have never left unhappy. I have blond hair and i always go to do my roots and highlights and have never had any problems with color. I've been going here for several years. When she's be away on vacation the other girls are just as good. Carolina is also amazing and has cut my hair as well as my daughters hair. My daughter went in for a haircut today after my recommendation and was in shock to hear one of the hairdressers (tattoo on her neck) talking trash about Democrats, BLM and immigrants with one of her clients. Everyone has a right to their opinion but seriously at a hair salon? This is the place you go to relax and detach yourself for a moment while getting a haircut. I took my 2 sons (5 and 2) based on a previous review and am very glad I did! We had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and the lady who cut my oldest son was very patient with him and both my children ended up with great cuts from different people. They are reasonably priced as well. I was holding off on posting this because I don't like to post negative reviews (we all have bad days), but after multiple comments from people about the hack job I have on my head, I feel I need to warn people. I saw Lisa at the suggestion of a friend who raved about her. I have very thick, heavy hair that has an undefined wavy texture to it. Since running a straightener through my hair every other day has been a routine of mine forever, I picked out a haircut that would look good with just that amount of styling... something of a bob with a straight cut in the back and slightly longer front. I showed her pictures, we talked about it, and I decided that I wasn't ready to go as short as the picture showed and asked if she could keep it longer but still with the straight bob shape - and also to clean up my long side swept bangs. She started cutting and before I knew it, she grabbed chunk of the front of my hair and cut right down the middle of it at an angle, giving me ridiculous 90's layers (think 'The Rachel' but on puffy, thick hair). I could have cried right there. Just cutting that one chunk made my hair completely unfixable - because to even out the back and go shorter would just give me an unruly heap of hair to deal with every morning with no length to weigh it down. Now, it takes minimum of an hour of styling to hide my hideous layers, not to mention the 'bangs' she gave me, which END two inches above my cheek bone? I'll have to wait over a year now to grow out the layers she gave me. I don't understand how you can show somebody a picture of a STRAIGHT LOB and walk out of a salon with a LAYERED 90's MULLET. I should have said something while I was there, but honestly there's no fixing the mess she made and she does do my friends hair so wanted to remain respectful, but If I can save one person from waking up each morning and trying to retain a shred of confidence while looking like this, then maybe this review was worth it? Maybe she's good if you have straight, easy to style hair? Or you're a child? Just use caution. read more
