Avoid this salon! I was really taken aback by how unprofessional the owner was. First, about an…read morehour before the appointment she left me a voicemail saying she needed to push it back 30 minutes so she could watch a parade. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with this, but she didn't bother to apologize or even ask if that was ok. She was gossiping with a friend (not a client) during the entire appointment, and her friend's child was running all over the salon like a banshee. She did my color and highlights in about half the time it normally takes at other salons, and the color faded extremely quickly. There was also hair dye left at the nape of my neck after the shampoo. Her blowdry left my hair dry and frizzy, and the cut was rushed and uneven (something I didn't discover until I got home and brushed it out). Don't waste your time or money here - I paid even more than what I would pay in a big city salon and didn't get nearly the same level of service.
