She was…read moresupposed to do a walkthrough on Tuesday 09.16.25 and the time she was supposed to do a walkthrough she sent me a text that she had to cancel because she had a family emergency. i gave her the option to reschedule so she would know what she was getting into for Saturdays cleaning. She did not want to reschedule the walkthrough and Saturday morning at 4:30 she texted me that she had to cancel. This put me in a bad spot as the house was being listed to sell on Monday. I would definitely not recommend using 2 Girls and Suds in a bucket save yourself some time and aggravation. I will think twice about using YELP in the future if this is the best they offer for services.

Went over and they hadn't cleaned out the fridge, cabinets, walls, oven, and pantry. They went back over to fix their mistake, I wanted to give them credit for that, the photos they sent were better. I went over after and my feet were visibly dirty after walking over their "freshly mopped" floors. The bathroom cabinet as well as some kitchen drawers had still not been wiped down or scrubbed. The insides of the cabinets still had stains from toothpaste or cooking. I spent about three hours going over what they missed, which makes me wonder what they spent ten hours doing in a 2000 sq ft house. I never leave reviews like this and am not a very OCD person, but I also have never spent so much money on a clean only to have to clean it again myself. If this was a rental there is no way a landlord would have found this clean to be acceptable.
