Aldona was lovely to interact with. Later I found a beautiful oil painting of a rustic scene painted by a P.E.I. artist. The preserves are delicious, too. I bought two jars of those. This place is pretty overpriced with their "name brand" candy which aren't really name brand. The…read moremajority of the staff seems to be pretty kind except for what I'm assuming is the manager, if you bring kids in she will glare at you the entire time. My daughter was looking at one of the smaller lollipops and she had snatched it out of her hand and shoved it back into the container saying if she wanted one of those she should've asked us, her parents, to take it out for her. Seems a bit weird, I know. But I definitely won't be going back with either of my children
