And the connecting coffee shop (Timothy's World Coffee) had great coffee and a delicious cinnamon roll to round out the meal on the go. What I loved about the burrito is it was made with fresh prepared vegetables (they were just finishing up being roasted when we got there), beans, scrambled eggs and tasty sauces/salsa and it was real, whole food, healthy and filling. The few staff working were super nice and accommodating, encouraging us to walk thru to the coffee shop to get some coffee and to sit if we wanted, although they do have indoor seating. The setting felt like a mini-indoor market, which it actually was. You can buy your organic produce and fresh prepared meals in containers and be set for the next several days.
