I was experiencing significant pain in my forearm after doing some heavy lifts - the throbbing kind…read morethat keeps you awake. And it was on both sides! I booked a remote session with Geoff and was glad I didn't need to travel from Melbourne to his studio in Queensland to see a physio, how awesome is that? The last thing you might expect to hear of course was "don't stop lifting"! But I'm glad I took heed. I modified my lifts and made a few adjustments but didn't stop completely -- the exact same advise I'd read from some very knowledge people. Great news, I was sorted after a few weeks, and now lifting heavier than ever. Pain free. Geoff really values being led by evidence, and not just theory or (worse) guesswork. Thanks Geoff!

Don't bother to take an appointment via phone or email from this practice if you are planning to do…read moreit because it doesn't work at all! I did book my appointment via phone for 1:30 pm on Wednesday in Feb 19 and arrived at the practice at 1:20 pm and filled a form in 5 min as being a new patient and WAITED until 1:55 pm ! 10-15 min delay is within acceptable margin in service industry but, almost 1/2 hr is NOT! When I approached the reception and asked about my appointment, she had no idea about it (!) which was triggered me to cancel my appointment immediately! Time is precious for everyone, therefore, it must be managed accordingly, especially, if you are running a competitive business like a Medical Clinic! Luckily you have many competitors which are being run by much more professional people!
