They were very clear with what they needed from me as far as insurance, referral papers ID, and what I needed to sign or due prior to coming. During my appointment I was greeted and checked in with no long wait. Place was also nice and clean Their Doctor, Charlene, was amazing - one of my favorite things about her was that she was very thorough with figuring out my situation so she can best assist me. Before I became a member of Dr. Morris's practice, I was used to having an appointment but waiting at least 30-45 minutes to get in and then waiting another 15 minutes to a half hour in the exam room twiddling my thumbs before the doctor came in. Then I needed notes on what I wanted to ask questions about because as we all know if you get 10-15 minutes with your doctor you were lucky. Dr. Morris changed all of that. If you have an appointment @11am you see her @11am. I have had up to an hour and a half to discuss EVERYTHING concerning my health. Dr. Morris is a FANTASTIC listener and then she partners with you in constructing a road map for your health and wellbeing. This is truly preventive care. She cares not only about me but my family. My son was having severe pain around his lower abdomen. I called Dr. Morris and she said bring him in NOW even though he was not a member. She diagnosed him correctly and made my wife and I lifelong friends.

I see Tabitha Dugal at the office and she is what everyone looks for when visiting a doctors office. She takes her time, she's knowledgeable, and really listens to the patient, all the while maintaining compassion coupled with a great sense of humor to keep your worries at ease. This time (and all of my subsequent appointments) was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the Tabitha Dugal and all the other employees (her Medical Assistant Eunice is wonderful) made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. They insisted on 443 dollars to be refunded when the insurance paid. My insurance paid in full 4 days after. I called them to ask ifs thet can juat put the paymebt back on my credit card, theyw said they do not do that. Ok, so then i asked can I come in and pick up the check they said. No, and it will take 30 days to refund. I have called them 4 times in the past 2 months to see if the check has been mailed as I have not received anything. She said thet cannot check it is pending approval. I asked what apptoval, your company has been paid 100 percent 2 months ago. She said she cannot check to confirm if and when that refund will go through. I called my insurance company and I am waiting on a respnse from them at this time. My next task is to put a formal complaint with the BBB. They should be paying my interest now. It is such a shame that they are so perfect in other ways and yet so greedy.
