There are things they spot in the DR that doctors tell you to have your primary doctor look into for a reason which could potentially save your life. It's a mere follow up and yes during these times of lack of insurance that can be costly, so can a lengthy illness or a trip back to the ER. Anyway, as far as my review of this facility its 5 stars. The staff here is always kind and friendly. I witnessed a staff member be very understanding to someone that said they could not pay their co-pay which in most offices might be no pay no see the doctor. The doctors have always listened and spent a great deal of time during each appointment. Now do you wait sometimes in the waiting room...yes...It's a doctors office, break out the human babysitter and write a Yelp review, read CNN, peruse TMZ or be nosey on Facebook. If you need a doctor, this place is the place to get good care.

They said everything was great and that I had lost weight. I was the heaviest I had ever been and they had recorded the weight during the previous visit as 241 instead of 214. Asked them to correct their error during the visit and they said they could not as it was a permanent record. After the visit got a bill for $186 after insurance for my visit. Called and asked why I got such a large bill for an annual physical which should have been covered 100%. After a few more phone calls found they billed as a follow up visit. They said they would correct. Got bill again and again and called multiple times with each time they stated they would resubmit. They did resubmit finally but as a follow up visit again so came back with the same amount due. The staff at this office are terrible. Do not follow up and do not correct their errors.

I was left w my walker in an exam room for over 1/2 an hour in a chair I could not get out of by myself. No one thought to check on me. I could overhear him thru the door discussing plans to attend a Rotary function that night. Doc Page had no clue what my condition was. I explained what it was and he said he never heard of it. Keep in mind he's 60. Another time I suffered a fall and he asked me & my wife what type of pain medication I'd like and how much? I was taken aback, especially in this age of problems w that type of thing. He's probably close to retirement and would be fine for a kid's school physical or flu shots or an older person regular visit...small town regular stuff. I ended up switching to UF North.

It happened on a Friday. The doctor gave me medicine and told me to call if there was any trouble with it. Well, it got worse. Starting getting badly infected and swollen. I called, expecting to be sent to the E.R. But Dr. Page called my back personally, met me at his office, did a little cutting/cleaning in the infected area and gave me stronger antibiotics. It got better by Monday. No other doctor I know of would have done what he did. I have seen him for almost 20 years and in my opinion he is great !!

I call three separate days to confirm my appointment at different times of the day. Finally, after going through all the annoying AI prompts on the third attempt a person actually answers the phone, and they answered by saying, please hang on, and then they placed me on hold. I remain on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody comes back to the phone so I hang up and called back and the answering machine answered saying they are now closed. I call back the next day after all the annoying prompts and someone answered, but, this time I didn't agree to be placed on hold. I ask them to confirm my appointment, and they said I missed my bloodwork appointment and they would have a specialist call me by the end of the day. I get a call from the nurse later that afternoon and she says that she can see me now if I can come now. So I stop what I am doing and drive over to the office and when I get there they are not busy at all. One would think this practice was on fire busy, but, no patients are in the lobby and I am asked to wait. I wait for 20 minutes and then ask how long might I have to wait and I was told they would see me in a bit. I asked them to please explain how long a bit might be and I heard the nurse say in the background that if I didn't want to wait I could leave. So I did and came home to tell everyone what had happened at this unprofessional office who could care less about your time, however, their time is more important than yours. I don't know about you, but, I believe my time is as important as theirs. Find another doctor that respects your time. Before I posted the above review I called their office and asked to speak to Dr. Williams to give her a chance to explain why I had such an awful experience with her office. I told them that I was going to start sending reviews online for others to see how my visit was handled. The person on the phone (just out of the blue) said that I was threatening her and she hung up. Wow, with them you either agree with what they say or you are the victimizer when all along I feel victimized. Never again and goodbye to the Millennium Physicians group and their rude treatment of patients!
