We had four different wines and learned about the differences between Ribera and Rioja wines. I have always been a fan of Rioja and we had a delightful that was called Xanum Vinae Rioja. It was fantastic. We had a type of manchego cheese with the first two less aged wines and went on to a stronger cheese once we had two more aged wines. I strongly suggest going to a tasting! It was a great learning and cultural experience!

The owner is passionate about wine, and has a unique selection of wine, including many from the south. He also organizes various tastings. I would highly recommend a visit when in Seville.
