Since I officially nominated them as my attorney for this case just a day before my court date (not mandatory appearance) they were able to postpone the date. I had to transfer the fees online via Paypal and got instant acknowledgment from Kim that the payments were received. Today was hearing on my case and as promised they were able reduce the points (to zero) with a penalty. As soon as hearing was done in the court, Attorney France called me on my cell and left a voicemail. He again called me back on my office phone to let me know the hearing and outcome in person to give first hand information. I am very happy that everything in my case went smooth.
