I think that many of us want to believe in the best in the folks that we hire for a particular job, but I can give you a laundry list of reasons why we adore Brian and Contract Killer Pest Control.
I will start with this: Brian has been absolutely incredible. My partner and I recently purchased an historic home in Chester County. He is adept, kind, inquisitive, and as has fantastic "Ju-Ju," as I like to say.
One of the reasons that we initially hired Brian was that the family-ownership component drew us in, and my partner had prior experience with his dad. Brian's dad did the management services at my partner's other residence in Phoenixville. And then Brian came out to Elverson for us!
If he doesn't know something in particular, he's not a cocky jerk puffing out his chest like a great many contractors. He looks at things with a beginner's mind even when he DOES (and he often does) legitimately know a lot more than the people (us) requesting the service. Yet, he never comes off as a know-it-all.
He has taken so much time to teach my partner and I. I know this may sound trite and boilerplate, but he REALLY has gone above and beyond in terms of the time that he has spent in getting to the know property (and it is a complicated one) and our long term goals. He also explained things in ways that are digestible for a layperson.
Another thing that really stands out is his judiciousness and in his placement and utilization of materials in ways that are not only sensitive to our animals and a child, but to the adults. He's as much an animal person as a people-person.
He's really worth far more than what he charges. He is unbelievably reasonable in price and I shopped around.
My favorite part: the dude cares. None of the blowing smoke up bodily orifices, he genuinely cares. We will continue to use Brian and are so grateful that we were able to get on his roster!
Thanks Brian and Contractor Killer!
