Out of the nine appointments I have booked, four have been moved or rescheduled on the day of the appointment. One appointment was rescheduled twice, and another was rescheduled three separate times. The reasons given have included a flat tire, a migraine, and oversleeping. My most recent experience was especially disappointing. I intentionally booked the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, thinking that since the appointment had to be confirmed, there would be a better chance it would be honored as scheduled. Nikki confirmed the appointment at 4:00 PM the day before, but then contacted me the morning of the appointment asking to move it to a different time. Looking back, it seems that morning appointments were the ones most frequently canceled or rescheduled. While I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, the repeated pattern of same-day schedule changes over multiple years has made it difficult to rely on appointments and plan my own schedule. The quality of the eyebrow waxing service itself has been good, but professionalism also includes respecting clients' time and maintaining reliable scheduling. Unfortunately, the frequent last-minute changes have left me frustrated and unable to confidently book future appointments.

I came in for a builder gel fill, which was fine the first time, but when I came back 2 weeks later for another fill, the nail tech noticed that one of my nails was green. He said he would just do a full set instead and I didn't know any better so that's what he did. After asking some friends and doing some research, I realized I probably shouldn't have let him do my nails so that the fungal infection would go away. I asked another salon to do a soak off, and they told me to come back to this place because the soak off should be free since they were responsible for fungal infection. I went back here and told them what had happened and asked for a soak off, and they still charged me $15 for it. I feel like they weren't really sorry or understanding about it. I also noticed another one of my nails was slightly green... so anyways I don't think I will be coming back here.
