I recommend you save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a videographer. To say I am disappointed with Contessa Film's service is an understatement. Before we signed the contract, Anthony was responsive and helpful. Since then, it has been a struggle getting in touch with him at all-having to send multiple emails over a week apart to receive a response. C*vid caused Anthony to miss our wedding but he assured me his assistant would be excellent. The footage was awful and I was extremely dissatisfied with him on our wedding day. He missed several important moments that I communicated to Anthony we wanted filmed (bridal party shots, reading of the vows). The videos not to our satisfaction, which I emailed Anthony to let him know and never received a response. Our speeches, ceremony and dances were CUT OFF! He didn't even get the full things! Our photographer had to continuously remind him to look at the timeline and stick to the timeline. I also did not feel he was friendly or pleasant to work with based on his attitude. The fact that when we were reassigned to him at the last minute (the week of the wedding) and I asked for a discount and was told my package was "already heavily discounted" was a joke. It was emphasized that we could create a custom package. I requested to remove the drone footage. That was not a discount, that was removing a service and me not paying for the service I was not receiving. We also didn't receive our videos within the contracted 60 days, I had to email them asking AFTER the promised date. Very disappointing service and not worth the price we paid. read more
