I called two places based on their location. One never returned my call and the other called back the next day. He was nice enough but was way too expensive. Dax answered his own phone and was able to get me in same day. His rates were very reasonable and he did a great job of taking his time to explain everything to me. Dax made me feel like I was his only client. Every message was answered immediately. If I had questions after business hours I would email not wanting to disturb him when he wasn't in the office. He always responded within the hour! The last week we worked together I found a letter in the mail requiring an immediate response. When leaving him a message I got an autoreply letting me know he was on vacation for the next week. Knowing that I couldn't wait a full week, I wasn't really sure what to do.
