I've not been able to reach any one by phone. I googled the email name which was "save on resorts" and started a live chat. After explaining my issues she said she would have a tech contact me and to complete the form sent to me which wanted $5.oo and my credit card information. For future references I believe this is a scam, I will be reporting to better business bureau, and if given one of these activate it on site in the event you run into the same issue I did. I was promised something for my attendance and purchase and never received it. I stayed at GR Solaris Lighthouse who booked my seminar. This SuperSaver Vacation discount is a fake!! I've still not been able to access with the code I was provided on the discount card!!

They simply cannot help themselves and their behavior unfortunately reflects onto the awesome product. Also I'm seeing fluctuations on price and read a review where it was limited for 8 years (?) That doesn't need to be the case. If you travel and want to save money then this is a great product. Maybe I can show it to you via zoom? Yes. I invite you to see this via zoom just let me know? Save On Resorts is the only way to go IMO. "CrimeShare" is dead. Peace.

I even had an issue that he resolved in that I needed my container to be laid on 8' rail road ties at my destination storage site. Without his help I would have had to find ties, buy ties, haul ties and find a few guys to move them around as the container was be laid down at the final location. He normally does not do that but he took care of the whole process for me. I was under pressure to complete the move before my tax season sucked up all my free time. It was all performed on time and professional. He and his son Dallas know what they are doing and I do recommend them. His pricing is also competitive.

The camps were exceptional, offering a great variety of activities, and we were able to see so many beautiful animals in their natural habitats. One of the biggest highlights was being among 20 lions--but there were so many other unforgettable moments, it's honestly impossible to count them all. Visiting the schools was another truly special experience. And Victoria Falls left us speechless! From start to finish, the camps were first class, and we were treated exceptionally well. The guides' knowledge was beyond impressive--we learned so much every day. This was our third trip with Global Basecamps, and there's no doubt we'll continue booking with them for future adventures. We can't say enough about everything Valentina did to make our trips so memorable.

Earlier this summer, our family had the privilege of taking a vacation through Nice, Florence, and…read moreVenice. We originally attempted to plan everything ourselves--flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing--but quickly realized how overwhelming it was to manage all the moving pieces. That's when we decided to try a travel agent (with all the online travel booking sites, I didn't even realize they still existed!) And we are so incredibly grateful we did! From the very first conversation, Natalie took the time to understand our family's needs, interests, and travel style. She handled everything--airfare, hotel reservations, ground transportation, activities, and dining recommendations--with such care, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm. She even thought of things we hadn't considered, and her advice elevated our trip in ways we never expected. One of the most helpful tools she provided was the TripPlan app, which housed our complete itinerary, step-by-step check-in instructions, flight details, hotel info, and all our travel arrangements organized by day and location. It also included Natalie's personalized suggestions, travel tips, and hidden gems for each destination. That app became our travel bible--it truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. What really stood out was how much Natalie cares. She clearly has deep knowledge of each destination and it shows in the thoughtful touches and curated experiences she builds into her plans. She went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a memorable and meaningful vacation, and we felt fully supported every step of the way. Natalie didn't just help us plan a vacation--she helped us create lifelong memories. We can't thank her enough and are already looking forward to working with her again for our next adventure. Thank you, Natalie and Olive Travel Agency--you are simply the best!

While researching how to do this, where to stay, I found this company, The Baja Experience, run by Tom and Eileen Kennedy. They have a guide to ease your way across the border and to find their off the beaten track fun zone, Punta Banda. They were wonderfully accommodating and so supportive. When I left behind the sand dollar my 8 year old found on the beach, Eileen sent me one of hers. Mexico especially Baja can have a bad rap but we found all to be incredible. We sat on the beach - we watched the beach life dolphins, pelicans, birds etc. We saw incredible sunsets. Ate good. All in all a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to go back. There is plenty to do although we didn't really do much away from our casa. Liked it so much...we would probably go right back to the same place.

The one house has stunning views of the ocean, and full glass windows so you can constantly look out. There is a rooftop deck that is beatiful. The back house doesn't have ocean views but has nice ammenities and the King bed is extremely comfortable. There were great outdoor eating areas, a grill, beach chairs, and tons of stuff to play with on the beach- including nice fishing poles! The beach is a 30 foot walk down an adorable plant filled path and it was very secluded, clean, and warm. The breeze coming from the ocean is continuous but the waters were pretty calm b/c you're in a bay type thing. All of us work in the travel industry and something important to point out (that is rare!) is that their website and the material they send you is very detailed, contains no exaggerations, and really explains the house, the surrounding area and exactly what you get for your money. I arranged everything with Eileen and she was very quick to email back, answered all my questions, and the whole transaction went smoothly. I can see being hesitant to rent a house from owners in Mexico but she really took any fear or hesitation out of the equation! The neighborhood and drive from San Diego were both safe and I never felt in danger or unsafe. In fact, we were really stupid and left some of our 'emergency cash fund" behind a painting, and even though she won't be down at her house for months, she is sending us a check for the amount now....thats the kind of service and kindness that is not found anywhere!
