This would be our first trip together outside of hitting the open road and we were looking for someone to make sure it was done right. We struck gold coming across Laila and could not have asked for more. Our trip included a wide range of activities to include diving, zip-lining and a luau. Accommodations were carefully chosen to give our family the most comfortable stay we could have. Fast forward to the Fall of '22 and we were in planning for a 2 week European Vacation over Spring Break '23. Laila was extremely attentive and energetic throughout our planning and had so many great ideas that we had no doubt we would get the best experience possible. Honest discussions helped us to hone in on what tours and attractions would best suit our family and I think we nailed it. Her estimates were spot on and we were not caught off guard by any cost adjustments or fees. When the time to leave for our trip came close, we ran into some snags that started to wear down on us. Strikes and protests in areas we were set to travel began to cast doubt that our trip would be a success and then I was alerted by our airlines that our outgoing flight was canceled. Just days before departure! I immediately reached out to Laila and she responded rapidly at an hour I wouldn't expect anyone to be up reading emails. She was able to find out what caused our cancellation, confirm an alternate departure flight and prevent us from losing a few days on the trip we thought wouldn't be possible. During our trip, her service only grew better. She kept communications with us and was kind enough to make sure we arrived at our destinations on time. We were even welcomed by a lovely gift from Laila in our room that was honestly a highlight of our trip as it reaffirmed us that we had been well taken care of and our enjoyment was firsthand. We are a family of 4 in our mid 30's and I understand that not many people my age reach out to travel agents. I do not think I could have confidently created a trip this enjoyable and stress-free on my own while tending to my normal day-to-day. Laila has my highest recommendation and we will continue to use her services for future vacations. Thanks, Laila!

We booked online about 1-2 months before going in April. We stayed in a very large beautiful 2 bedroom. It had a huge bathtub with jacuzzi jets, a full kitchen with all the pots and pans etc. you need for cooking and eating, a large living room with flat screen tv ,a porch and great size master. It even had laundry machines inside the unit, which was super convenient. Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations. The staff were all very helpful and met all our requests. The resort we stayed at was huge, had a pool with cabana bar , arcade, movie theater and gym. There were plenty of things to do, but we spent most our days at Disneyworld, which was only 10 minutes or so away. We had a great time , the booking was easy , the place was nice and we would definitely use this again.

We first got this voucher to go to Hawaii for 3 days, after almost 2 years, we still couldn't get booked for the trip. It was really long wait. So they offered to refund our $100 and then instead give us a week of hotel stay in one of their contracted resorts. Instead of waiting another 2 years to go to Hawaii, we opted for the week of hotels instead. Unfortunately, the availability is super limited and basically you only get last minute dates with in a week out, it's quite inconvenient if you want to plan in advance. For about 6 months, there was a few hotels in the Hawaiian islands, but you had to travel within the week, as they were just trying to fill the last min I filled rooms. Then even those disappeared. A year later, we were able to get a week in Utah. All in all, took almost 4 years to redeem our original voucher. Their phone lines are always busy, and of all the times I've called I had to wait at least 45min to get a representative. Totally not worth it.
