My husband had been diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia, was bed bound and needed help with everything from feeding to bathing and RN Cheryl and the CNA's Alysa, Melinda and Sara always cared for him in the most compassionate and respectable manner. What can I say, Hestia kept true to the things they promised in their caregiving commitment. RN Cheryl was always just a call away, if I needed her and she never failed me when I needed her the most - no matter the time. CNA's came in daily to help with daily hygiene. Yes, even on Sunday. They left him feeling refreshed and clean. Eliza's massages always left my husband in a calm & restful state. Noah was a great inspiration with his wonderful stories and wealth of experience. He was there for spiritual advise, guidance, as well as comfort. I am truly grateful that I picked Hestia to help me in my husband's final days. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

They listen to our specific needs and continually work to meet and exceed them. We had one caregiver we didn't feel was the best fit, and they changed her without an issue. The quality of the caregivers, even the one that wasn't the best fit, has been exceptional.

Maybe the caregiver didn't show up, or didn't keep your loved one clean or properly fed. Maybe they left hazards lying around while they played on their phones or slept on the job? Well, if so, I understand because it happened to my family. That's when I thought--enough is enough! I realized I could take better care of my loved one than any revolving-door-caregiver sent from an agency. Once that was decided, I went to Alpenglow and they helped me above and beyond by: securing single caregivers, drivers, medical STAs. They trained them and equipped them with tech to track hours. They did all the billing to Medicare/Medicaid and secured payment for my caregivers. They even went one step further and advocated for my family to receive an increase in desperately needed additional hours as my loved one's case got more complicated. The agency never did that! They stayed stuck and only did a review of his needs once a year. So now, with Alpenglow's help, my brother has his one, personal caregiver. She's kind and responsive to his needs. We love her and never want to see her go. Yet, it is nice to know we are not at the mercy of an agency and that should we choose, we could fire our caregivers at any time if need be. On four occasions in the last to weeks she has given us false information then tried to deny it even though multiple people heard her. This has cost us thousands of dollars. We are facing thousands more because of her dishonesty. There are multiple hospice companies in Missoula and surrounding areas . One will be happy not making the mistake we did. BEWARE!!!!!
