The first time i visited i found it very difficult to find and then when i did i realised the car…read morepark was mostly for the use of staff and the tiny allocation of spaces for visitors was constantly used. I waited 30mins for someone to leave so that i could grab a space! - The bulding is large with double fronted glass patio style doors and the reception is large and open. There is a waiting area and lots of leaflets available on local events and things to do for the family. Also local bus timetables and train information which was excellent. There is a small lift in place of the stairs to get down to the offices and a larger lift for travelling up, so disabled and pushchair access is good. The staff are halpful and friendly to the best of their ability and appointments are freely available.

This only opened within the last few years and has helped out many young people in the process. They giveany young person as much time as they need to talk to them about personal experience and they will help where they can. They also help people with writing a curriculum vitae to get a career. They point you in the right direction, the direction you know you have to take but dont know how to go about it. They also put you in touch with the best people for each of the problems you have. This is the ideal place for anyone of the age between 13-19 to go if you need help regarding any of these issues.

Tester seems to suffer from impostor syndrome and thinks its ok to create technicalities and screw over the customer even though repairs had been carried out as requested. They left me stranded without an mot and down £££.
