They were the most responsive company and agreed to come the next day to look at our air conditioning unit. They were also forthcoming about the potential outcome being unsuccessful. Patrick Rouleau, the HVAC Technician, who came to my father's house, was thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. He checked the entire system and made sure it was safe before leaving. He also spoke perfect English and French and communicated the issues clearly and in detail. He showed me the problem and made good recommendations for my father's A/C unit. He even helped me start my father's old lawnmower before he left!! I would highly recommend EvoAir to anyone needing HVAC services.

Working with West Island Kitchen (Cuisines West Island) was a great experience and the result speaks for itself. My wife and I were referred to Derrick and Gemma by friends who had worked with them on a much smaller project and had a great experience. My wife and I have no experience with renovations and have no eye for design, so we decided to give them a try. The process could not have been easier. Derrick took our priorities into account and even found excellent compromises when my wife and I disagreed about a few specific elements. The design he created was amazing - beyond functional and (as you can see) beautiful. Gemma has a great eye for aesthetics and walked us through a marathon session of selecting colours, paints, countertops, tiles, etc while our 1-year-old did his best to destroy their showroom. My personal hell would consist solely of mixing and matching nearly identical colours, but Gemma and Derrick made it (dare I say) tolerable. My wife and I love cooking, but it became such a chore when we moved into our new house with a non-functional kitchen. Our new kitchen has been up and running for about 1 month and cooking has become a pleasure again. We just hosted my in-laws for a week, which included cooking 6 straight dinners for 9 people, and it could not have been more enjoyable (strictly speaking about the cooking aspect, of course). Everything is in the right place, the flow between focal points feels natural, and the workspaces are comfortable. Oh yeah, it also looks nice. I cannot recommend West Island Kitchens enough.

From our first visit to the showroom, we were impressed, not just by the beautiful workmanship and materials, but by the attitude of owner Derrick Bourdages. He wanted to know how we imagined the kitchen, what look and feel we were going for. The very next day, before we had signed on, he visited us with some suggestions, and to see the style of our house and decor. The consultations about materials were all fun and very informative, and we even paid a visit to Derrick's factory to see the scale of his operation. The company has great suppliers, so choices are ample. Derrick was very present during the work, so we always felt well looked after. We love our new kitchen! You won't go wrong with this company.

In 2021 I saw a crack above the ground level on the side of my house in PinCourt Que…read more Even though there was no way to see if there was a leak into the basement because of the design of the house , I assumed there to be a crack also below ground level and called akton. The technicians did their thing without showing me their work nor taking any photos to show me. It looked as though they had also repaired the crack above ground level..but all they did was smear some cement like material over the above ground crack. Now the above ground crack has returned and I am told that they don't actually repair cracks above ground. My original comment to akton injection was replied by saying that there are no leaks so the repair is successful. All along I told them that I had no way to see if there were or were not leaks..their reply was unprofessional. Basically I spent over 1,000$ with no way to know if the repair was properly done ( apparently now they take photos to leave with the clients. Overall the communication with this company is not acceptable.

They didn't mentioned anything. Called them back. The receptionist told me that the tubes were from the sprinkle system and I had to fix it myself. She basically told me that the contract specified they can brake ANYTHING during the work and it's not their fault!!!! They won't compensate me at all. They didn't even ask me if there was a sprinkler system around! Looks like the did it on purpose. I am not sure who writes the good reviews but be aware that they may brake things (out of laziness??) and won't even tell not compensate you for that!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Proscape redid a deck in mid-June 2022. Chose them partly based on the good reviews online. Sadly,…read morethey have not provided the high-quality work they promised. They never visited the work site during construction to verify the quality of the work being done. Before making my second and final payment I showed them my concerns regarding some cracked boards and other issues. They only agreed to redo some of the cracked and unevenly cut railings on the two visible/exposed sides of the deck (imagine various railings of different length!). As for the other concerns I showed them, they repeatedly reassured me that it was nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, only days after installation, some of the cracks on the boards (deck and stairs) began showing even more pronounced cracks to the point that some boards have literally split in two in their entire length. I contacted them mid-July to explain that I was concerned that some of the boards had now completely cracked in two, in their entire length, from end to end. I sent a detailed e-mail along with pictures taken during the construction and since, spoke to Wendy. She agreed to have Real come by on the following Monday (as they don't work on weekends). But, instead of a visit, I received an e-mail saying that they would not be coming and that based on the pictures they believe that the damages I showed them are normal and therefore they don't need to see the deck in person and will not be making any repairs. I regret trusting this company with my hard earned money. I have had to get third parties involved to help find a resolution. They have ruined what should have been a peaceful summer and provided a product that is unsafe. Please think carefully before you hire them and trust them with your money.
