We hardly had any maintenance issues but if we did then they had a magnetic business card on the refrigerator to contact them or if u go online to their website you can submit a form. Our maintenance guy lived on the first floor but I was uncomfortable to disturb him, he's such a friendly guy and always helpful, I just preferred reporting the issue with the management company so that they had it written in writing. Issues were always resolved same day or next business day depending on the time reported. They are very responsive to emails and always professional. I mainly spoke with Hayward, he's friendly and a great guy to talk to. I moved back to my hometown but if I stayed in Boston I definitely would have rented with them again or maybe in future if I move back.

Anyone who has complaints about Octagon does not realize how good they have it, you are getting the full-service building experience at a fraction of the cost.
