The facility is very clean and has a welcoming vibe to it. Since receiving this treatment I have been able to decrease the dosage of my antidepressant. I get a treatment every 4 or 5 weeks. After the treatment I feel refreshed. It clears my mind from the weight of overthinking. I highly recommend this treatment for depression. When I first reached out to Dr Munk I waited about 4 months before deciding to get on board with this. The cost was something I needed to think through. I discussed it with my husband and had his full support. Best decision I ever made!

Alex was the best person in that place. Wasn't allowed take-homes because my insurance was helping pay my fees. I had to start paying the full weekly price ($60/week) just to get take home doses. The last time I went in for my bi-annual check up, The doctor asked if I struggled with anxiety. I told her yes but said I was being treated for it elsewhere. She then told me, an addict in recovery, that she could help me get benzodiazepines if I wanted them. I would just have to pay for the office visit and prescription itself. I still can't believe a legit doctor that had knowledge of my past would offer me benzodiazepines. I'm not sure how someone like that sleeps at night. Just switched to the Comprehensive Treatment Center on Boulder HWY instead. No co pay whatsoever, and best of all: no doctors praying on your weaknesses. If you're thinking about going here, run.

Dr. Caroline Delucia has been the most incredible Doctor anyone could ever be so blessed to have in…read moretheir life. Dr. Delucia actually takes time and spends as long as you need to go over not only your ailments, but your life as a person, she is an expert in drug addiction but not just for the short haul, but for as long as you need to get over your problems. She actually cares about every person she sees and best of all she listens, so no matter what your issue, young or old has been in the past, she should be the very first Doctor you call for any internal issues you may have. I have been sending patients to her for many years, although I go to her just for internal issues and check ups and have her watch over my children's health, I have talked with and personally seen patients in her office talk about her as if she was their life saver, also spoke with patients who have said they have been to so many other Doctors who can care less except for the money, not Dr. Delucia, she actually cares, she is a beautiful person inside and outside. Patients leave with inspiration and a new plan on life. I would recommend her for all of your internal needs for the entire family. It's not the easiest to get an appointment with her since she is so popular and well liked, but she is worth the wait.

Don't do it. I had a…read morevery frustrating experience with this office, both with the front desk and with Dr. Nguyen. The office manager was, at times, extremely rude over the phone. There were multiple scheduling errors, including one instance where she called me in a very abrasive tone insisting I was supposed to be in-office when my appointment was actually scheduled as telehealth. When I calmly explained this, she told me I was wrong. She later called back after realizing her mistake, but did not offer any apology for the way she spoke to me. On other visits, I could overhear her speaking harshly to other patients on the phone, which was honestly uncomfortable and unprofessional. As for Dr. Nguyen, appointments felt very rushed and impersonal. Visits were often only a few minutes long, and I didn't feel there was much effort to understand my symptoms or adjust my treatment thoughtfully. I was frequently interrupted or talked over, which made it difficult to fully explain what I was experiencing. The communication between the office and the pharmacy was a constant issue. I was left to deal with the pharmacy myself over and over again. On top of that, Nguyen threatened me when it came to my medication. I was repeatedly told I might not be prescribed my medication if I didn't pick it up "on time," even when delays were caused by pharmacy issues or my work schedule. At times my treatment was actually changed because of this, which completely threw things off for me. My final experience was the last straw. He called me nearly 30 minutes early for a telehealth visit while I was getting ready for work. When I said I'd call back at the SCHEDULED time, he told me telehealth would no longer be an option for me and I'd have to come into the office. When I explained that I live 30 minutes away and these visits are extremely short (less then 5 minutes), his response was "that's okay girl nice scenic drive for you" I switched doctors that same day after that and the difference is night and day. My current provider actually listens, communicates with the pharmacy properly, and treats me like a patient. Would not recommend this office.

For one of my assignments in this course and for educational purposes, I was required to observe an AA meeting and write a reflection paper about it. After doing a little research online, I found Green Valley Group, where most AA meetings take place. This review is for my own experience here. The meeting I attended lasted about an hour, which began at 5:30pm and ended at 6:30pm. Prior to the meeting, we were all given a raffle ticket. The purpose of this raffle ticket was to tell your name and story when your number was called, but if you weren't comfortable with speaking, you could simply say pass. We also said an opening prayer together before getting started. After the opening prayer, random numbers on our raffle tickets were called out. When a number was read, that person said their name and their story with a 3-4 minute time limit. However, if one person didn't want to speak and rather listen, they would say pass. Once all the raffle tickets were used up, people were open to speak freely during the last 15 minutes of the meeting. It was very interesting listening to other people's stories and now I know how real alcohol abuse can be and how it can affect your life in a negative way. When the meeting concluded, we all joined together in a circle and said a closing prayer, followed by announcements of future AA and non-AA meetings from other attendees. This was more than likely a one time only thing for me, but I gained a positive experience from here.
