It comes with both a Visa Debit card and a girocard/V-Pay card. The latter is a necessary as many stores in Germany do not accept Visa. The Visa Debit in particular is interesting as you can enjoy free cash withdrawals worldwide (save for access fees by the ATM owner that will not be reimbursed, unlike with DKB). Any Visa transaction as well as girocard/V-Pay transactions with PIN (but not the signature-based Electronic Direct Debit (ELV) transactions) will be rewarded by a € 0.10 bonus.
It's a true Visa Debit card, similar to the cards common in the UK, so it can be used as Visa Debit when booking flights with easyJet, saving you the credit card surcharge.
