CVS called and no response. I called repeatedly over the course of a week and a half . They asked for updated information. They stalled they out and out lied to me . Finally the answer is you need to schedule an emergency appointment before we can refill your very basic prescription. Every time I called a different person told a different lie . Just to get me off the phone . The cherry on top is they would not even respond to the pharmacist. The entire time I spoke to Ms Harris on telehealth appointment she never once LOOKED at me . It seemed her keyboard which faced away from the monitor was more fascinating. Avoid this practice .

Who really wants to admit that they need someone to talk to about some issue or concern; or for my situation a lot of issues and a lot of concerns. Everyone is a little broken...it's how you glue everything back together that makes you who you are today. Sometimes you need to fix the fix to really heal or cope. Dr. Ryan came recommended to by another therapist of a close friend of mine. I called and made an appointment and have been seeing Dr. Ryan off and on for almost 3 years. Never having been to a therapist I didn't know what to expect. I mean I watched the Sopranos, and every other stereotypical show about "shrinks" so I already had some preconceived notions about therapy. All were shattered by Dr. Ryan. He's a very calm, soft spoken personable individual. He doesn't push you to come out of your shell, but at the same time he holds you accountable for what you are there for. He's easy to talk to and very insightful. I even had homework which aided me in developing certain skills. I can honestly say that the relationship I have with Brit (some of you have met my ever present +1) is stronger and more fulfilling because of the sessions I've had with Doc. He's helped me become a better communicator and has aided me in understanding what are rational and irrational feelings and more so how to convey that to someone when I didn't start out with the appropriate vocabulary to express my feelings or thoughts.

The website is frustrating in that you can't access anything without the bot pop up and there were formatting issues that made my brain hurt. But if you can get past the new patient paperwork, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this practice and Greg Tallent in particular. I've probably seen over 15 psychiatrists in my life and Greg is at the top of the list. I felt so incredibly heard during my first session with him. He took the time to ask questions about me and my backstory and wanted to know medications I've tried in the past. He genuinely seemed to care and to want to connect. For that, I am so thankful. But even beyond that, he listened to my needs regarding the medications that I do want to continue and my goals for discontinuing some. He wasn't like a traditional psychiatrist that just wants to keep pushing more and more meds. He listened to my concerns and seemed to genuinely be in agreement about my plans going forward. I'm so incredibly grateful to have found this place. The one and only downside was that the first appointment took 2 hours, which I was not expecting at all so I missed another appointment afterwards. As they expand they are adding physical locations which are 10 plus miles apart. The administrative staff makes errors in appointment locations and times some 20% of the time. I share this from family experience and observing patients arrive and even waiting for appointments in the wrong office. Later the administrative staff will claim they notified them. I've observed patients sharing the phone and text messages proving they were never notified. Even myself, I setup an appointment 4 to 6 weeks in advance, the day before the appointment I was texted the appointment was in the office I expected, 1 hour before the appointment I was informed the appointment was moved to another office. This is extremely unprofessional. A practice does not change a providers location a few hours in advance. The practice manager had to have been advised of this change weeks ago. The manager did nothing. They do have some good staff. They need more. They need to increase the salaries and benefits to attract more professional and experienced administrators who take responsibility and accountability. Doctor Tharwani and his clinical staff are very good. Just expect issues 20% of the time issue with your appointments until they get proper administrative staff and/or procedures.

Waste of time and money. Even participated in another program that drained more of my time and money for them to play in my face. Do NOT recommend. I live in an area where it is hard to find psychs. I used to live in an area where it was simple and these are some TRASH psychs, just horrible. I see another reviewer had a similar experience and would like to add that I also am a person of color. Maybe it's systemic racism, sad.
