I needed some glass cut, the big box down the road wouldn't take it out of one sheet but wanted me to buy two. Aubuchon cut it out with out question the price per sheet was only a few cents more but with only buying one sheet it was almost half the price. They are almost alway smiling and carry much more than you would think.

The selection is everything you need from a hardware store to include baby chicks in the spring. From Carhartt jackets for my dogs to leaf blowers and everything in between. Customer service is friendly and helpful but mildly inefficient as I had to wait while they called the department rather than calling as I walk over or just sending me to the correct aisle. I was ringing out a customer's order in self checkout and accidentally used my personal bank card and paid the customers order. I continued to pay with the red card from door dash and was frantic. Pam was able to cancel and refund the previous order in less then 1 sec!

I found the stove online and called to place the order so I could discuss delivery specifics. I spoke to customer service, but they couldn't take my order, so I needed to get to appliances. The phone rang, and rang, and rang. If they were trying to discourage me and have me give up and order online, they did not know who they were messing with! Someone eventually got sick of the phone ringing and picked up. I placed the order and was assured I would be called Fri for a Sat delivery to break down the time range for us. Fri came and no call. I had to let the propane guy know when to be at the house to unhook/hook up the new stove. I called Lowe's and after another marathon ringing session, was told someone would call around 6 pm. No one called. By. 8 pm, I called Lowe's to advise them I was coming 3 hrs up there and needed a time, and was given a 4 hr window. Great. Next day, we called to get more of a breakdown and was told about a 3 hr window. There was no talking to the vendor who was actually making the delivery and everything had to go through Lowe's. We did finally get Lowe's to switch our delivery position as gas guy was on his way and somehow by the grace of God everything pulled together, but it was extremely stressful trying to get coordinated with it being a gas appliance and the delivery drivers won't touch it unless it is unhooked. I feel this process for delivery could have run smoother and there could have been more coordination without me having to battle for specifics. On a good note the price and selection of items is typical box store and reasonable.
