When I brought my parents in to see their options she treated them with the upmost respect and genuine kindness. I had a pillow that was still factory sealed, and they would not exchange it even though they recommended, I go with a medium height. I used my wife's at home. Hers was too tall for me. It hurt my neck and I tried to exchange it and they refused to deal with me.
