They started managing our property, Wooden Keys Condominiums, earlier this year. Our condo fee went up within months of this company taking over management of our property. I've spoken to the president/owner of this company twice. He's a real tool, unhelpful and evasive. If it helps anybody else, their new address is: 191 Presidential Blvd Suite W5 Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 He's going to have the pleasure of being a defendant in our case against our condo association and its five members. We're all going to get that due process he mentioned in our phone conversations.

Today our insurance is through the roof as a result of putting too many claims in that which the management company did carelessly with no guidance to the owners who pushed for these claims despite Cobrin knowing it would put us at risk for higher fees and possible losing the existing insurance company. Basically they only acknowledge and assist owners who want to spend and who go along w their obscene budget proposals. They have a fairly new person who handles the condo fee payments. Lawsuits are threatened to anyone for a missed payment and this person is mocking shaming and demanding that all sign in for autopay versus mailing a check. I would go elsewhere for condo management.

This is the worst appraiser I have ever seen!!! When appraising my house did not notice one…read morebathroom. I had to tell him during the walk around that there is one more bathroom. Did not do any measurements while being in my house and underestimated the square footage of the house by 160+ sq ft. according to my second appraiser. Did not see that his main comp was next to township dumpster and other comps were pulled from worse school district (Belmont hills). Lied about the guidelines he allegedly had to follow (within .8 miles radius, settled within last 3 months, within +/-25% sq). There are no such hard guidelines. Simply forgot to include the list of updates done to the house. What a sloppy job!!! Avoid this person at all costs.
