The staff here was also very polite and asked us questions about our travels. The final plus was the fact that they had a small selection of sugar free choices which I greatly appreciated. The only downside was the fact that the prices were a little high. That being said, I appreciated shopping here.

We were on a mission to enjoy a maple syrup taffy stick (aka maple syrup poured over ice on a stick) and ended up purchasing some postcards and maple cream filled cookies as well. There were probably fifty different maple syrup treats for sale. If we weren't flying home, I would have filled our bags with syrup. The shop is clean, well organized and boasts a cute exterior. It also doesn't hurt that it's in the petit quarter along with so many other great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend a stop here!

Samples we had were pretty good - really liked the flavor of the black beer one. We ended up buying two nougats since it was that good but we were still early on our trip so we didn't want to spend too much right away. If you like nougat - this place is a must. Almost guarantee you'll find something you really like.

Cone is much more aesthetically pleasing, but sooo messy. The cup is the way to go imo! I tried the pistachio and vanilla, both in dark chocolate. SO. MUCH. YUM. It was delicious. I wish the states had some version of this... :'( I'd totes franchise it!!
