We were both placed in rooms near the front entrance. The therapist assigned to my wife behaved in a way that left her feeling violated and humiliated. What happened: * During the session he repeatedly moved too close to intimate areas. * He insisted she remove her shirt and bra for a back massage after she said she was not comfortable doing so. * He left the room without providing proper draping; when he returned he only gave her a bath towel and did not provide adequate coverage. * Her room had no door, only a small curtain, and was located near the front door where people were coming and going. This made the situation especially exposing and distressing. * By contrast, I was never asked to remove my shirt and was properly draped while the therapist worked my back. My wife left feeling victimized, embarrassed, and very upset. This ruined our anniversary and Valentine's Day. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint and possibly pressing charges. Warning to other customers: Be cautious, especially women. This establishment failed to respect my wife's boundaries and provided inadequate privacy and draping.
