NOT Dr. Greenberg, thankfully! He is very normal and always professional. I started coming to Dr. Greenberg a little over a month ago, for adjustments. I was a little nervous at first, but he thoroughly answers all questions and takes his time to make you feel as comfortable as possible. He is not pushy when it comes to treatment. He tells you what you need and you decide what to do. I try to limit my radiation exposure as much as possible and this was not a problem here. I am finally starting to get back relief and am thankful I found a great chiropractor to assist with this! I would definitely recommend Dr. Greenberg to anyone!

If it hadn't been for Palmercare, I would not have been diagnosed with my spine condition, which was clearly visible on the x-rays Dr. Witherspoon took. Then he developed a complete care plan. Long story short, I don't walk like an old lady anymore. My back pain has gone from about a 7 to zero most of the time. I have my mobility back. I'm not taking any medications, not even over the counter pain meds. I can go to the gym and the gun range. Palmercare gave me my life back. Headaches! Back Pain! Counseling! OH MY!…read more I have been going to ReAign Health and Wellness Center for almost a year and it has completely changed my opinion about chiropractic health care. I have to admit that really the only thing that use to keep me from going to the chiropractor was the "cracking" of the neck. After seeing my husband go through this several times, I thought he probably isnt going to break my neck, Dont be Scared!! Dr Spraberry takes the time to get to know what your problem areas are and with consistent visits you will start to notice a difference. My headaches brought me here and I have to say almost a year later I dont have headaches near the way I used to. I used to have headaches that would last a few days and the only relief I would get during that time was sleep. I now go every other week to get adjusted and I am so glad that I tried it out. ReAlign Health and Wellness Center now also has a massage therapist.....which I will be using. Dr Demond and Shay Spraberry are genuinely kind people and are here for you to get the care you need. Signed, Still Miserable Update: I called corporate and they got in touch with regional, who then got in touch with the office. The office finally called me. It turns out that Lilly, the NP I was seeing, has left the office and my stuff just completely fell through the cracks. My scripts have now been sent in, finally. However, I'm wondering how things will be going forward and likely will be switching to a different provider as this experience has not let time feeling confident in the care I will be needing in an ongoing basis.

My experience was beyond disappointing from the start at this location…read more I have been in healthcare for more than 30 years and patient care has always been my biggest priority. With that being said, I know things can be busy or staffed and be shorthanded, but I'm not sure if that was the case. From the moment I walked in for my 1st appointment I felt very unwelcome! The receptionist barely acknowledged me was short unfriendly and almost seemed just irritated to be there. I have excellent insurance and I'm ver knowledgeable with insurance. She just told me my copay was $99 with no explanation, to me that was more than normal but I paid and will confirm with my ins EOB the costs. One of the responsibilities of a receptionist or front office is to set a 1st impression of a practice and this was a big failure on her part. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant, the PA was great, knowledgeable and explained everything well. The second nurse that took my blood was outgoing and friendly, this gave me hope about my future appointments. I scheduled my follow up for a week later to review my results. On my second appointment there was a different receptionist and she was more pleasant. I was brought back quickly and a new nurse came in took my BP and explain another provider was here today than the normal one. She left saying she'd be in shortly. I waited 50 minutes no one ever came check in on me or explain why I was waiting so long! I would have been ok if someone came in, apologized for the wait and gave me an update but that never happened. After a hour of nothing I went to the front office and asked for a copy of my test results and said I've been waiting a hour no one has come in, I'll find another office. I was more shocked by the total lack of professionalism when she never once apologized and just printed my results out and handed them to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's a corporate medical office and you would think they'd have better trading in place for their team. This was my worst experience ever and I still don't know what I paid for? Update!!!! As I thought I received my EOB today and they charge my ins more than $800 for a visit with a PA and blood work. Per my EBO I was only to pay $24. I'm not dealing with these people that abuse medical billing codes. I'm filling a complaint wit BCBS. I'll let them deal with their billing department. Always check your benefits and EOB most of these large Corp managed care facilities are run by business people that expect you not to catch their misuse of billing!
