This review is based on the limited experience that I had with this "healing center". The website…read moreis outdated and doesn't give clear details on what healing services are provided nor prices. The only form of contact is via text. When I called the number given here on Yelp, I immediately received the voice message system which tell you to text. By this time I'm exhausted there is no one to answer my inquiries about the services provided - as all reiki healing practitioners are different. So reluctantly I sent a text, stating I had some questions regarding the reiki healing session and desired to speak with someone before hand. A day later I received a text that the Practitioner had received my details, meditated to see if they could help me. After meditation she was told she could not help me. That was that. The delivery of the text was polite but I was left wondering how service is rendered based on a text and meditation. Perhaps it wasn't a good fit or something else. Idk but when asked if they had any recommendations, it was no dear. Really?! Okay then. Yea no, given my experience with Reiki healing and practitioners I found this to be unprofessional process and slightly off-putting.

Melanie is the real deal…read more It all started with a group past life regression.... I completed a 2.5 year apprenticeship with her about 10 years ago. The rigor of her classes -- which included hands-on, applied experience -- rivaled some of the graduate courses I took to earn my MS degree at the University of Houston. Melanie is serious about Reiki, and she offers perspective along with metaphysical truths. Plus, she's approachable, professional and knowledgeable. After withstanding multiple traumatic life events, learning and practicing Reiki with Melanie and my classmates got me moving toward optimal health. Thank You, Melanie!

I'm a fighter. I've fought mentally, I've fought physically, and I've fought emotionally. I've been through some serious trauma in this life, where most people would have given up and just walked away. Or just decided that this life is too hard for them and they are ready to find peace. Melanie took me on this journey. It started off with hypnosis. I was in so deep I no longer felt my physical body. It felt like I fell through the floor into nothingness. Then the images came. I was a very large male warrior in a past life. My live wasn't exactly great, but it had it's good moments. My death was pretty disturbing, but I felt no fear. It was my time. One thing she told us is if you see an angel, stay with the angel. I realize now I did see an angel, but I didn't know it then. I couldn't quite describe her, so I said she was a nun. Back in 863 bc I'm not sure there were nuns. There were also no perfectly clean women in baby blue with a white light around them. Everyone is dirty. Even if I did try and stay with her, I'm not sure I could. The images were vivid and came quickly. Not everyone in the room was able to go back. Some saw small glimpses, some saw nothing, some stories were tragic. For me, it was the answer to many of my life's questions. It explained why I fight for those who can't fight for themselves. Why I never give up. Why I am the way that I am. I'm hoping to do this again with Melanie. If you get a chance to try it, I highly recommend you do. Like I said, I went in with an open mind. I didn't expect to see what I did. I've always felt like I've been here on this earth many times before, and I already know I'll be here again. I'm looking forward to seeing some of my other lives. After being ripped in half by horses in 863 bc in England while. Really, what could be worse? Bring! It! On!
