Worst experience I ever had with online shop! Ordered Eschenbach magnifying glass online and transferred the payment. Order nimber: 1950295119. It was at February 25th. At item's description page was stated "ready for shipment in 4 day/s". A week after I transferred a payment, I wrote an email and asked for shipping details and tracking number. They answered that the item is out of stock and should be shipped within one week. After tree more emails and one complaint to customer service, finally the item was shipped at March 25th. A month after the order! All this time the at the item description on Conrad website the item appeared "in stock" and "ready for shipment in 4 day/s". It seems that the know it's not in stock, but thay continue lying about that. Finally, today I received the item (April 7th). I opened the box and found a broken item inside! The item was packed very carefully and the package hadn't any visible dents. It looks like they deliberately shipped a broken item. Will never buy again from this store!!! read more
