I cringe when my regular local pharmacy is closed and we need a quick prescription. Had a prescription for my son called in. I had a copy of the prescription as well. Staff said they didn't have the prescription in their system (even though I had confirmation it was sent to Walgreens) to fill and they wouldn't accept my copy of the prescription either. This was for a simple antibiotic for an ear infection. Nothing out of the ordinary.
