I waited for 20 minutes for my food unnecessarily, kept searching for it in the order area with no success... and I stayed by the order pickup area the entire time. I was trying to be patient because it was lunchtime, until I saw someone who placed their order way after me be served in front of me, twice. Then, I finally got the courage to ask where my order was and they pulled it from the back of the area without a word. And it was the wrong order... they made me a hoagie not a club. Just bad service. Of course, I didn't say anything because retail and service workers go through enough and I think this is a management issue, but this Wawa needs to do better. If you can't say the order number out loud that's fine, but at the very least it's easy to put the orders that are ready out front where customers can access them.

This station used to be a different company and their automatic car wash was usually open and hassle-free. Now, it's open but they taped up the part where you put in money and put a sign up that you have to go inside the (in)convenience store to pay. I thought it was broken, so ok, but it's been that way for a long time now. The employee was doing his lottery thing so I had to wait a while for him to finish, then he wanted to come out with me just so he could hit the button so I had to wait for him. A quick wash that used to take me 3 minutes now takes 20. Needless to say I don't bother anymore and won't until it is automated again.

I tried multiple times to inflate my tire to no avail and asked the attendants for help. Not only did they not comp the air even though I purchased a full tank of gas, but they were appallingly inconsiderate and rude and told me that I could figure out the air machine by myself. Frustrated by my inability to reinflate the tire, I called AAA and tried to at least get the address of the station. The first attendant basically said "don't talk to me" and I had to go through multiple others to get a simple address. They offered zero help and left such a bad taste in my mouth. I know no one reads yelp reviews about gas stations but hopefully this dissuades you from giving these incredibly mean people your business.

The bread did not taste as good as it normally does and I should've returned it but I thought maybe they changed their bread at this location (I've ordered this same sandwich many times before from this location). However, once I did get into the lot and after I found a parking spot, I ran inside to use the facilities. Not unlike most Wawa locations, the facilities here ware cramped. One toilet, one urinal, not the roomiest set up, but if you need to go, you need to go. Once out of the facilities I ran to get a beverage and something small to snack on so that I could be on my way. Getting through the checkout line was easy. Once outside I stretched my legs a bit before I was on my way again towards my final destination. That is after I fought my way through the parking lot and back out on the road.
