The pieces we have purchased are classic in style, (rococo/chippendale) made from quality, solid, mahogany wood and with ornate carvings and design. We were looking for a stool to go with the vanity and we lucked out and found one today. The price on the chair MSRP was listed at $1,099. The owner of the store offered it to us for just over $400 including tax. We happily took the offer, as we were hard pressed to find anything that seemed to match the current aesthetic without breaking the bank. This warehouse type facility has a borage of items and hosts virtual auctions every weekend. You can find king Louis style bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture, chandeliers, bathroom vanities, large area rugs, decorative statues, holiday decor, outdoor gazebos, and more. They are always updating their inventory which is shipped in from around the world. However the legs where wrong. I spoke to the Clermont store to associates Chris, Julie and the Manger trying to get the correct legs. The manager and I have tried several times on Tuesday and Wednesday to get a hold of Home Delivery which send you to a voicemail where the voicemail is full, so you can't leave a message, obviously no one is getting calls returned. On Wednesday I spoke to the Manger. He stayed that he could to have a new wedge to me on the May 2nd, while I did not refuse that, I do have family coming in prior to that and needed to be able to use the sectional. I mean really how hard is it to get me the right legs prior to Friday. They wanted to deliver either the legs or a new wedge, the manager wasn't really sure which one, on Friday when no one was home. My husband is home Thursday, but that day couldn't be guaranteed. Seriously! The managers solution was to take the legs from the floor model so I could have it in time for use when family came in. I told him fine and that my husband would be there after work. When my husband arrived the legs were not ready and Julie had to call the manager to fine out if it ok. They did it with an attitude! Returned with a replacement, all the whites are different shades of white. I am told this is normal, no it is not! I order a completely different set, 2 sofas, all seats are power recliners. In March 2026 I buy the matching loveseat. I now have 2 sofas in White, matching loveseat also with power recliners, I also bought a dining room sideboard. Sideboard arrives damaged, replaced with another one, then doors won't close flat! The delivery guys, changed the doors from one sideboard, to the other to create one acceptable piece. June 2026, I get fading/spots on one sofa, contact the warranty company, I chose the top priced warranty to cover issues. Warranty company employee said this is a manufacturer issue, they touched up the color with a sponge and white paint and it is fading. It is only 6 months old. I want the piece fixed or replaced. Today they choose to insult me with a lowball offer to settle. I don't need money, I need my 3 pieces to look new, as they are all new. I call El Dorado, and the answer is the manager is busy with corporate personnel visiting the store. Wait, El Dorado has screws up multiple times, and meeting with coworkers are more important than an angry client? Please don't waste your money here. I love the looks of their furniture, however it is poor quality builds.

There's always something that catches our eyes when we are there and we have to think about quickly. They sell right off the floor so there's usually something different each time we visit. The staff is always helpful and in the past has shown us things we might like based on past purchases. There may have been a recent staff change as we didn't recognize the sales personnel that was there on the most recent visit. I wish we had a bigger house with more rooms so we can load it up with some more stuff from here. It's good quality stuff which comes with a higher price tag, but will most likely last for years beyond some of the particle board crap at the other stores (we own that too and is already falling apart).

Right at Home is now refusing to refund the balance of our payment for items not delivered, forcing us to go to Seminole County Court to seek collection in Civil Court. Our suggestion to all customers considering doing business with this company, think twice and research similar complaints. IMO, once a liar/cheater always a liar/cheat with no regard for others. It even says Ghost Host on it. There were also a lot of Halloween decor items featuring Mickey and friends like trick or treat bags, treat bowls, and shirts. Not to be forgotten and also Halloween appropriate were the Nightmare Before Christmas mugs, ornaments, dolls, lights, and tumblers. Some of the other items you can purchase here are plates, glasses, mugs, picture frames, decor items, throws, ornaments, dish towels, luggage tags, book ends, snow globes, food treats, and door mats. Prices aren't cheap but there are some unique items I haven't seen anywhere else. The inventory seems to change often.
