I paid it off to take advantage of 0% financing, but their accounting software is antiquated and I never knew exactly what was owed. I want everyone to know about the AWFUL service Conn's provides. We will never purchase another thing from Conn's. We should have learned from the first horrible service getting our stove delivered. That took weeks to resolve. I'll explain that one later if anyone wants to know. Now our refrigerator is out (extended warranty still in affect). Had to wait for 2 weeks and finally got a service guy to show up. He said it was the compressor and ordered a new one. We were told to call and set up the service apt when we received the part. That was around May 16th. Finally around the 2nd week of June a repair guy came to install the compressor only to find out that it's a fan that needs to be replaced. Supposedly the fan was ordered and we STILL HAVE NOT received it so we can't set up a service appointment. We're having to buy ice everyday. This is ridiculous. I'm beyond angry. Yasim sold me a USED and DAMAGED dining room table for the cost of 1200! They delivered this yesterday while I was at work and my husband received the delivery. As soon as I got home and saw this I began calling and leaving voicemails because they do not answer their phone and they do not return phone calls. I'm close to paying off a previous order in 11 months so I decided to purchase a range and a microwave from conns.com. The Mesquite store called me and wanted to do business with me rather than deal with customer service. (Big Mistake). I almost forget Conns like to use tablets to capture your signature and initials which auto populates throughout the contract you never reviewed. By the time I reviewed the paperwork the sales team took $2800 dollars of items and billed it out at over $4400. So I called to have service contracts removed. They told me I had to come to the store or wait to have the items delivered. But knowing contract law, I know once items are delivered after you've signed the contract - no one has to change it. God works in mysterious ways because these idiots missed the scheduled / promised delivery date so I called the store to cancel the delivery and contract. The price of range and microwave is cheaper and I want the new price. I haven't heard anything back from them so I entered a ticket# to cancel everything. We purchased a couch and love seat 4/29/2014 for around $2500 from Conns in Mesquite, tx. We payed extra for real leather because we were told that the set for $700 less (bonded Leather) would crack and peel after a year. This is supposed to be genuine leather. The recliner is peeling bad and looks horibble. Cons told me it is only covered for 30 days so they won't help. When we initially bought we were told about how this set having a 5 year warranty and since we were sitting on Real Leather it would last along time. When we originally had them delivered they had to bring 3 seperate sets because they wouldn't recline and one was torn. I purchased a washer, dryer and tv stand from the Mesquite, TX. Today is April 3rd and I'm still waiting for the items to be delivered. My first delivery date was March 28th. Hassan called me over the weekend to let me know that the delivery date changed to the 30th. I took off work on the 30th so I would be at home and they were a no show. Called Hassan he tells me the dryer was on back order and I needed to come to the store to choose a new set. Delivery date was changed to April 1. Once again no delivery. Called the store to speak with the store manager and was connected with Edgar or Egore or something like that. He tells me that the delivery truck broke down and that's why I didn't receive my delivery. I asked why no one contacted me. Part of his nasty response was that they had no contract over the truck breaking down. Received an automated call that evening informing me that my purchase would be delivered on April 2nd between 4pm-7pm. Once again, no delivery. Called Hassan at 7:22pm and asked about the delivery. He said he would check and call me right back. No call back. Went to the store and told the to cancel my order. Nazi asked me to let her check and see what happened with my delivery. She tells me that she's sent the manager over delivery a message to see if he could drop it off today April 3rd. I asked her to call and let me know what he said. She said she would text me with his response. Called her at 11:17am this morning. I was placed on hold and she never picked up. Called the store back at 11:26am. Was placed on hold again and she never picked up. Hassan calls me at 12:31pm and tells me that Nazi was unable to reach the delivery manager. I've been doing business with this store for my home and business for close to 8 years if not longer. I'm going to take my business somewhere else. If I could give a zero I would. They had an old account with my previous last name. It took me over an hour for them to change it in their antiquated system. I get my card in the mail... old name which is reported to the credit bureaus. Next one piece of my delivery is not in stock on the delivery date. They call and will give me a display at a reduced price I agree. Truck comes and it's not on the truck. One week later I call Conns (no word from them) and they tell me it will be delivered on a Sunday. Sunday comes and goes with no call. Let me just start by saying, I don't ever write reviews, but this one was necessary. My husband, my daughter and I went to Conn's today to purchase washer and dryer. We walked in and no one greeted us. There were few salesperson just walking around, but didn't even acknowledge that we were there. No problem, we looked around and went to the. Clearance center, there was absolutely no one there. After looking around we asked one the IN training manager's to get us someone who could help us. He comes back 5 min later with a sales person, who can barely spoke English or understood. No problem, we asked him for what we wanted and see if we can get a better price, he came back with his manager/district manage, he greeted us by saying he's the a district manager informed us that was the best price and that's it he can't do anything with the price, but in all of this manager, was speaking very rudely while chewing his gum,the sales person was trying to discourage us to not buy from the clearance section and to get a brand new ones , but when I show no interest in the new ones. He started saying we will charge you for installation, for delivery and some kit. He kept on insisting on the new ones. That's when my husband ask me to leave , he did t wanted buy there anymore while I was walking out I had a question about the kit and the delivery charge, so I asked one the sales person and that when he said don't leave and that he wants our business, he was a nice guy so, but he was insisting on the new ones again. But I told him what I wanted, we went back showed him what I wanted, he asked if I wanted finance it, I said yes 24 mo.,he said ok, and than we came, to his desk and he got all my information. Took about 15-20 min. After all said and done. I asked her for a regional manager's contact number, she said" you can get from 1800 customer service, so I called the customer service, she had already asked me to leave her store " she told me that I need to leave now and that she doesn't want us in the store, this altercation was being heard by the customer service on the phone, I asked the customer service if they had the contact number for regional manager, she informed me they don't have that information. My 9yr. Old daughter was shaking from all that altercation. My problem is not how badly they treated me. My problem is that they tricked me in to getting a cc account, so they can show how well they are doing. Worst customer service experience ever! About 2 months ago my Husband, Father-in-Law and I went to purchase two mattresses from Conns. We were having trouble deciding whether or not to get the soft or medium firm mattresses. We ask the sales girl (Mira) if the mattresses didn't work for us would we be able to exchange them. She told us yes several times (as we asked several times). As long as we kept mattress protectors on them, had them longer than 30 days after purchase, and under 3 months after purchase. To begin with they sent the wrong mattress on the queen size and it took us over a week to get the right one. After having the mattresses for 2 months we decided that we needed the medium firm ones instead of the soft. We took a trip to Conns to tell them we wanted to exchange the mattresses, were met by the manager and told that our mattresses did not qualify for exchange. He told us to wait to see what he could do we waited for over 2 hours just to be told that there was nothing that he could do. Not only that but when we were waiting for the 2 hours to be told there was nothing they could do a random sales person came up to us to see if we needed help. My husband pretended that we were new customers and asked him about the same mattresses that we had already purchased. He asked him if we weren't comfortable with the mattresses over a certain period of time if we would be able to exchange them. Can you guess what he said? I'm sure that you can!! We called the corporate office, were told we could fill out an incident report, and someone would contact us within 24-72 hours.Today customer service finally contacted us only to tell us that they were sorry that we were misinformed (lied to for the sale) but our mattresses were not on the list of mattresses that could be exchanged. They gave us the number to the manufacturer and told us that they may be able to help us. I will now do everything in my power to make sure that everyone knows about the unprofessional customer service that Conns offers! The worst customer service you can imagine. They ordered the wrong bed and even admitted it. The bed we wanted was similar, but they delivered the wrong bed. The delivery was so early we weren't ready for them yet. They rushed us so they could move on to their next delivery. When I called to tell them they made a mistake, they admitted they did but because I signed for it. The sorry excuse of a district manager refuses to help make this right and is blaming me now like it is my fault they wrote down the wrong number. He is trying to sweep me under the rug. I was also told that this wasn't the 1st time a wrong tag number was written down. This manager is running a circus and doesn't want to help a customer make things right that's been buying from them for about 10 years. This district manager is only concerned about his bonus and that not customer satisfaction. Well, I will keep complaining to cooperate till he makes this right. That even means filing a complaint every day. I tried calling to the store to get his email and name and they refuse to give me either one of that information. Went in yesterday looking for a bedroom set. Walk in the door and and immediately see a guy speed walking toward me and another from the side. They appeared to be in a race. He says ok then proceeds to follow me the entire time I'm in the store. Literally my shadow. Asking me questions. Technician came out on the 13th, part came in to the warehouse on the 16th and I haven't heard from anyone. This location provided one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a long time. About a month ago I purchased all new appliances from this location and was told a bunch of misinformation. First, I was promised a home delivery and same day instillation, and to my surprise things did not go as planned. The delivery team was late, but at least 3-4 hours and when the appliances were delivered (dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave) I was extremely disappointed by the team provided for me. Some had no sense of professionalism and a couple were outright lazy and slowed the process. I was later informed that they did not have all the tools to fulfill an installation they were given notice on before arriving to my house, and was even told that the dishwasher had a copper line (which it does not) and would have to get a plumber for the install. They didn't have the rack for the microwave to be installed (Which they claimed to have) said the hole in our wall was not sized correctly for the stove, which we found to be a lie after my husband installed it himself. After the team leaves I call the store to place a complaint and was met with multiple transfers, holds, and even a snarky attitude by one representative. So now I have an uninstalled dishwasher, microwave, and poorly connected fridge that won't make ice or dispense water. To make matters even worse there are now rips into my tile from the team not using any moving tools to bring in the fridge. After calling customer service I was later told they stopped doing installs as a company, but I had already purchased the service days before they stopped doing installs. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to finally have these items installed. This experience was a total nightmare outside the technicians, who confirmed my assumption that the primal team lied about being able to do installations. The technicians were kind, informative, and very patient to make sure I understood everything. Overall, this store has completely tarnished my perception of Conn's and I'm 100% sure I will not be purchasing another product from here... P.S. I went a purchased a refrigerator from Conn's and they did give me a good deal and they talked up their price match program, We were told that if we saw an advertised price of what I purchased lower than what I bought it for with in 90 days they would match the price. I was surprised he said for 90 days and I asked again and it was confirmed. We got refrigerator in a timely manner and it was install properly. About a week and a half later Conn's and Lowes had the same refrigerator priced at $225.00 cheaper. I called the store and was told I needed to talk to my original sales person. So I called him and told him what I found and he said that they could not take care of that over the phone that I would have to come in. I told him that I lived in the Country and don't make it to that area regularly but he said not to worry about it when I come in they would take care of it. They did not give me any deadline that I had to be in by. When I finally made it back it was like 45 days since my purchase. When I came in I was told to ask for the manager. When I saw her she sad the promotion was only if you respond with in 30 day. I told her I had called and talk to my sales person who was also working that day. I told her that I had called after a week and a half and was told by him that I would have to come in and take care of it and that I would have to be done in person. I also told her I informed him that it may be a while because I was going to be traveling, and he assured me that would not be a problem. However, almost two weeks ago we needed service on the washer. Today, they finally came out to fix it. We got word that they've had the part in since last Tuesday (which was the original day that they said they would be here to fix it) The service guy said he didn't understand why it took so long because since last Tuesday he's been in the area a few times. Found the exact same mattress for $1509.99, showed it to the sales agent and two managers later they said that since the model number was not specifically mentioned in the print add and that since it only said "50-60% off top brands" and even though the mattress was listed at 60% off, they would not price match; I understand it was a ridiculous reduction, but they are all lip service with the match, I bought from Sears online while I was still in the store. read more

This store has the worst customer service. Do not go to Randy there. We ordered a washer and dryer from there and Randy incorrectly put in the system for 2 dryers. He called the day we were supposed to receive our washer dryer and said that there was a system glitch and we would need to come sign a new contract. He only fessed up about his error when I told him I had to work and couldn't come in and sign a new contract that day. He later called said it was fine the delivery people would bring 2 dryers and just accept one dryer and the next day we would get the washer. We wanted to make sure so we went to the store and the manager Feraz I believe is his name said it was taken care of we would get the washer the next day. When the delivery drivers came they had us call Conns delivery and explain that they had incorrectly sent us 2 dryers. So after we talked to the manager in the store the delivery people called and said they are putting in paperwork for the error and we would have to go to the store to reorder the washer which was different than what the manager said. So I called the manager Feraz again and told him what the delivery people said he said no don't worry about it they should not have called you "you have my word " you will get the washer tomorrow. My husband waited home next day for the washer. It never came. Randy and Feraz wasted our whole day making false promises that we would get our washer. They screwed up again. My husband called the store left messages for Feraz and he refused to pick up or respond. It was Conns error in the first place putting in for 2 dryers. Customer service wise if you make a mistake it's your job to bend over backwards making it right for the customer and this company employee and manager don't care! 3 days later I still don't have my washer. Stay away from this place, nothing but clowns working here. I purchased a a new fridge, washer and dryer on 7-27-19. Our sales guy told us we would be able to receive delivery on the 30th of all the appliances which was 3 days after purchasing which seemed perfect to us. So the delivery day comes the delivery guy has our fridge but not our washer and dryer. He tells us it's on back order and puts me on the phone with customer service and they tell me the soonest they can have it delivered will be a on 8-4-19. I wasn't the happiest to hear that it was on back order because that means I would now have to wait while I could've just gone to Best Buy and had it delivered next day but okay I decided to wait, it was what it was. So 8-4-19 gets here and not a single call from conns to confirm my delivery for my washer and dryer. I call conns customer service to see what might have been the delay and the tell me they have no idea why the drivers didn't make the stop to deliver. At this point I'm fed up and I go to the store on 8-6-19 which was my day off to cancel the order for washer and dryer. And the so called manager on duty named "Eddie" tries his absolute best to keep my business and tells me, "bro can't you hit up your local laundromat meanwhile you wait for your washer and dryer". YES THIS KID SERIOUSLY SAID THAT. I said no I've waited long enough, I can't wait any longer and I want to cancel my order. So he does it and I take my business to Best Buy where I was able to get the same washers the same day for cheaper as well. But that's not the last of it. They have yet to refund me my money on my credit card and I'm still receiving calls from their delivery department to confirm my delivery for washer and dryer that the manager supposedly canceled for me. Run don't walk away from this place I bought a brand new Samsung dishwasher I have only had it 1 month and I have had a service technician there 5 times to repair it and still doesn't work I have asked for a new one but they keep saying its under warranty they will just fix it. first of all it shouldn't be broke its brand new. the jet dry lid keeps popping off ! And the other night I started it at 10:30 and when I woke up at 7:30 a.m. it was still running. horrible service when you call they want to put it on someone else they keep saying call Samsung!! Spent nearly half the day there looking at mattresses. When my wife and I finally chose the one we thought was a medium softness. Come to find out they don't even sell a medium mattress in the serta icomfort max blue 1000. Because I called Serta themselves to find out if they did or not, and they don't. When you go to the store they have soft, medium, and firm. The mattress only comes in PLUSH or CUSHION-FIRM, THERE IS NO MEDIUM!!!!. Every trial mattress your trying is a FUCKING PLUSH. Then when we think we bought a medium mattress they switch it to a plush. There WEBSITE DOESNT EVEN OFFER A MEDIUM MATTRESS FOR THAT MATTRESS. Still thinking of filing a civil lawsuit for a "BAIT AND SWITCH situation, WHICH IS ILLEGALLY ANYWHERE! Also false in-store advertisement, BECAUSE AGAIN A MEDIUM MATTRESS DOESNT EXIST!! Not on CONNS nor Serta's website either. But they'll lie to you and tell you that is what your getting , but give you something else you didn't chose. Who hires people who have no clue about any of there products. Neither the fuckin sales person nor the manger knew anything about the bed. This is horrible service and the "lemon" catch is if its not the same part every time then its not a lemon! repair number 6, we have repaired this machine 6 times and all we get told is that is the way those brands are we should have bought differently! thanks conns. How about let's replace the brand new dryer I bought from you in 2015 of January that hasn't worked right from the day it was installed! Then we will look at other appliances.
