Ordering from Conn's is a complete joke! The guys in the store are great, but are handicapped by the lack of resources given to them. The hopes they have to jump through to help customers to outrageous! Calling customer service or speaking with the delivery team is pointless. An order I placed online was rescheduled 3x the day before delivery due to the same item being out of stock. Nick and Shelby in the store helped me get order canceled and replaced in store so we could walk out with the items. Due to all the issues I had with my order, and the issues my husband had we will not be a return customer! read more

Nothing against the individuals at the particular site I had business with, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I payed for a washer/dryer set in cash but 2 days later decided to go ahead and cancel the order. Well here I am 3 weeks later and STILL have not received my refund in the mail. I have spoken with numerous employees throughout the organization trying to get info in regards to my money. Every single one of them has done the same exact thing, either refer to a different branch in the company or just disassociate themselves completely and say they're going to speak with someone who will know & get back with me. I haven't heard back from a single one of them. You mean to tell me there's not a single branch in this organization that can give many sort of helpful/logical explanation as to why this still has not been resolved. Keep this in mind before you ever step foot into the door. Absolute joke. read more

I walked in for two pretty table lamps that I saw previously, and had all intentions of spend the $300 for them. NO ONE asked me if i need anything. I saw three employees all minding their own business, and one walked in on her cell talking indecently and breezed right past me. Made no eye contact as she chatted and cussed. After twenty minutes of being ignored, I left. I will never be back. read more

Conn's Home Plus -- Conn's Home Plus in Longview promised me a rebate check but they are either unwilling or unable to actually send me the check they promised. I purchased a stove and microwave from them ( a first time purchase for me there). They asked if I wanted them installed and I said "Yes". When they showed up the people they contracted indicated that they would not be installing the microwave. and it became obvious as I watched them that they were not trained properly to install the gas stove. This is a gas stove so there are some definite safety issues where you need people who know what they are doing. They refused to install the anti-tilt safety feature and I later had to install it myself. I complained to the assistant store manager and he offered a 15% rebate. We had purchased the extended warranty and we requested that he take that off along with the 15% rebate that he offered and he agreed that he would do that. He indicated that we would receive a check within about 7 days. My purchase was on 7/23/21 and it is now 10/9/21. I've been to the store multiple times, made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau with multiple contacts with their corporate and still no check whatsoever. Their responses to the complaint with BBB were lame at best rarely addressing my comments to them and the last comment they sent me was just basically a copy of their last comment. It's apparent to me that they have no plans to do anything to rectify the situation. I'm 68 years old this month and I don't think I've ever run into a company that treated me this badly. read more

We purchased a $4,000 refrigerator they delivered it to us didn't set it up or anything and when we took the plastic off it the fridge had a dent in the bottom drawer..we went in person next day and spoke to conns about this issue and they refused to take care of it...wouldn't recommend doing business with these people under any circumstances... read more
