This Cafe is a realtively new cafe in Hinckley. The unique thing about this cafe is that all the…read morefood/drink is organic/fairtrade etc. It is only a small cafe with limited spaces but it is spotlessly clean and light, bright and airy. They have a great menu and if you can't see what you fancy, just ask the staff and they will do their best to make you what you want. The coffee they serve is excellent and they have a good choice of soft drinks, juices etc. The staff are really friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome (unlike some other coffee shops in the town). They have a good take-away menu too and all the food is cooked fresh. Even though all the food is organic, the prices are very good and competitive with other cafes in this area. I really hope that This Cafe is successful - it is really good to see independant businesses opening in the town and I wish them every luck!
