Obtaining even the most basic updates--particularly regarding my son's benefits award--required repeated follow-ups, extensive time, and unnecessary aggravation. In the end, my concerns were never adequately addressed. A law firm's responsibility does not end when a case is litigated. Ongoing communication, clarity, and client support are essential. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here.
