Charlie took his time, confirmed all the problems with the car, gave me realistic estimates of what the car would cost to fix and left me to go away and make an informed decision as to whether I wanted to spend money to keep the car on the road. After two weeks I decided to go ahead, he fixed my car, in line with the original estimate and it passed the NCT. Also, he very patiently answered all of my questions and put up with me agonizing (a lot) about whether I wanted to get the car fixed or not. He also did a major service and charged a reasonable price for it + the car is now driving better than ever. 2,500 miles later the car is still great. All, in all an excellent service.

He knows his stuff and he prides himself on being honest and fair with customers and he is good value. He's also insanely hard-working- the garage is his own business and he works there regularly til after midnight.
